That lemon chicken looks great! I bet my kids would really enjoy chili with chips. I am not a chili person, and I really don't like canned chili, but I don't like chili enough to want to make it from scratch. That's dumb, I know. I think I'll change Friday's meal for the kids to chili and chips though!
